A medication reminder that is reliable, discreet, and never loses your history. No account, no ads, works offline.

Sundial is made by one person, so replies are not instant — but every message is read.
A reminder did not arrive.
This is the failure Sundial exists to prevent, so please do report it. First check that notifications are allowed for Sundial in iOS Settings — without permission, iOS accepts a reminder and then silently never shows it. If permission is on and a reminder still went missing, email the details: roughly when it should have fired, and whether the phone was locked, restarted, or in Low Power Mode.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up, no login and no server. Everything lives on your phone.
Does it work without internet?
Yes, entirely. Reminders, history and exports all work offline.
How do I get my history out?
History → Export, as PDF or CSV. The PDF is laid out for a doctor’s visit. Both are produced on your phone and handed to the iOS share sheet.
What happens to my data if I delete the app?
It is deleted with it. There is no copy anywhere else, which also means it cannot be recovered — export first if you want to keep it.
Can I stop the reminders repeating so often?
Settings → Reminders. You can change how often a reminder repeats, how many times it repeats, or turn repeating off entirely.
Will people see my medication on my lock screen?
No. Sundial hides medication names in alerts and in the widget by default. Both are in Settings → Discretion if you want to change them.
Does Sundial give medical advice?
No, and it never will. It records what you enter and reminds you. It gives no dosing advice and checks no interactions — ask a pharmacist or doctor for that.
